Investment/ PolicyAdoption: TheCityofMomence’s Investment Policy shall be adoptedbyordinance.
TheCityCouncil and/or Treasurer shall review this policyon an annual basis, and theCityCouncilmust
approve andmodificationsmade thereto.
SECTION 2:
The provisions and sections of this ordinance shall be deemed separable and the invalidityof any
portionof this ordinance shall not affect the validityof the remainder.
SECTION 3:
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication as
required by law.
